Thomas ARVIEU

Graduated from SUPELEC – ENSAM, Thomas has performed his technical functions as Embedded Systems & Energy department manager at the LUMENEO company, SMEs in the automotive sector.

Then he joined the « Investissements d’Avenir » department at ADEME to be in charge of the calls for R&D projects, conduct and follow the funding proposals in the transport industry.

His last position as Project Manager in Transports & Industries flieds at Bpifrance Innovation department made him expert in projects funding.

Jérôme LAMMENS

Graduated from the « Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l’Industrie (ESTP) », Jérôme started as a Methods Engineer and then as a Project Manager at the LUMENEO company.

Then he joined the « Investissements d’Avenir » department at ADEME to be in charge of the calls for R&D projects, conduct and follow the funding proposals in the transport industry and mobility.

Mikel HARLOUCHET

Graduated from ENSAM and Escuela de Ingeniería de Bilbao (Spain), Mikel has acquired both technical and financial expertise in project management. After starting as a project manager in the automotive and renewable energy sectors, Mikel joined Renault to manage the economic performance of a portfolio of key projects.

Mikel is in charge of the operational coordination of cooperative programs, as well as the preparation and follow-up of funding applications.

François SIEBER

With a PhD in molecular and cellular biology, François has led projects in both academic and industrial environments, where he is the author of numerous patents and scientific publications.

He then went on to manage public-private partnerships and a portfolio of European and national public-funded projects for a leading manufacturer in the maritime sector.

With his marked expertise in R&D project management and innovation financing, François is now in charge of managing industrial projects for our customers at 2IA Consulting.

Marie PROUTEAU

Marie holds a master’s degree in European affairs and project management from the University of Aix-Marseille. She started her career at CNRS as a manager of EU funded projects in the field of research infrastructures and renewable energies.

She was then hired by a consultancy firm in EU funding programmes, specializing in assisting clients to obtain EU funds for research and innovation in diverse technical areas.

Her career enabled her to acquire a complete expertise, from the setting up to the management of European projects, including the evaluation of project proposals and training on European funds.
